Dr. Ken Pledger has pastored Calvary Baptist Church in Middleburg, Florida since 1986. In January 2008, God led him to establish ANOM, which became the heartbeat of the church as people gave sacrificially to expand the gospel internationally for God's glory. Pastor Pledger has a deep love for people and is a generous giver to missions. His leadership and steadfast spirit have brought many blessings to his family and church, and his vision for this global work has resulted in the salvation of countless thousands of souls.
Tim Pledger is a missionary at heart. Rather than working from an office, he serves on the frontlines, winning souls and training others to do the same. He has personally preached the gospel in 139 nations, seeing thousands saved and baptized over the years. He and his wife travel across the US representing ANOM in local churches, and spend many months each year overseas building long-term relationships with the national pastors they serve alongside.
Phil Heilmann is a tremendous asset to the work of ANOM. He intimately knows the needs of the national pastors and spends tireless hours coordinating the funds given through our mission to find where they're needed most. He and his wife love people and travel on mission trips several times a year, winning souls and encouraging local churches. The Heilmann family has been a blessing to Calvary Baptist Church and shows a true servant's spirit.
