Dr, Ken Pledger has pastored the Calvary Baptist Church in Middleburg, Florida since 1986. In January of 2008, God led him to establish ANOM. This ministry became the heartbeat of the church as people gave sacrificially to expand the gospel internationally for the glory of God. Pastor Pledger has a love for people and is a generous giving to missions. His leadership and steadfast spirit has brought many blessing to his family and church. His vision to start this global work has resulted in the salvation of teeming thousands of souls.
Tim Pledger is a Missionary at heart. He does not live inside an office planning and administrating the work of our mission but is on the frontlines and in the trenches winning souls and training others to do the same. He has personally preached the Bible in 139 nations seeing thousands saved and baptized over many years. He and his wife travel in the US representing the work of ANOM in local churches and many months annually overseas developing long term relationships with the national pastors with whom we serve.
Phil Heilmann is a tremendous asset to the work of ANOM. He intimately knows the needs of the national pastors and spends tireless hours coordinating the funds given through our mission to find where best they are needed. He and his wife love people and travel on mission trips several times per year winning souls and encouraging local churches. The Heilmann family is blessing to members of Calvary Baptist Church and have a servants spirit.
